Service Description

Tuesdays @ Under The Canopy Backyard Campus 6-12 years old. 3:30-5:00 p.m. Drop off, semester long program, includes 13 classes. Meets once weekly. $300 for the full semester or $75 month. Scholarships and sibling discount available. Epic funds accepted. Due to Covid-19 class size is limited to 12 children, outdoor classes with social distance. Did you know cactus and alligators are both native to Oklahoma? Our state boasts the Great Salt Plains, Black Mesa, Cross Timbers forest and Tall Grass Prairie? We have 12 unique Eco-regions that your child will get to engage with this fall! We will dive deep into the varied plants and animal life that call Oklahoma home. Through our studies we will hear indigenous storytelling about this land. We will learn primitive skills, cook with wild plants and discover their medicinal uses. We will play games, sing songs and have a grand time creating a community of nature lovers! Children will come home with a nature journal filled with their drawings and observation throughout the fall season. Beginners and advanced learners are welcome.
