Statement of Inclusion

In accordance with federal laws, no student will be denied admission to UTCS based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, disability, aptitude, or athletic ability. The school shall ensure compliance with all applicable anti-discrimination laws governing public schools, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Students will be admitted by lottery each year without regard to prior measures of achievement or aptitude, athletic ability, disability, handicapped condition, ethnicity, race, creed, gender, national origin, religion, or ancestry. The only exception to this will be students who already have siblings enrolled at the school; these students will receive sibling preference.
